How big was the field last year for this thing? First I have ever heard of this. Lol.

This was a contest we acquired late in the season. 384 teams in 2012. The best ROI in the game is the theme Jason, with a modest Championship prize. This gives the feel of a satellite with realistic odds for cashing a grand prize. To compare to other mid-stakes games, there's only a few prizes bigger than our grand prize, but our entry fee is over 20% less, while the first place league prize is 36% higher, so this fits perfectly with our high stakes players looking for the combination of League ROI at a mid-stakes level and preparation helping to form their FFWC ADP. Hope you give it a shot and help us spread the word!

I feel certain we will swap a couple of our $350 leagues for this rotobowl league. Makes sense when payouts are similar and buyin is lower - just appears to be a great value. Still a tad early - but we are liking a lot of what we are seeing. Appreciate you getting the info out so we could be a part of this.

Rotobowl is a great tourney with a great history in the market.  We are so happy to work with Matthew Falkow and his partners at Rotobowl in order to grow this event to new heights.  Its a great price point with a great ROI opportunity and we think players will enjoy the variety of a high payout league with tournament prizes with the challenge of the 11-man lineup with Dual Flex. Our prizes are also fixed and will not be adjusted based on signups. All of our tournaments are setup this way and have been since day one, to ensure fair play for all. Thanks for the early support! Now who's ready to draft?

Is there also a Live Draft in Vegas?

Sorry for the delay. Yes, players seemed to really enjoy the Rotobowl drafts out in Vegas so we'll be extending this again this year.

Here's the LIVE EVENTS SCHEDULE.  You'll see Rotobowl on both Friday evening and Saturday afternoon. Then it's off to the craps tables! I'm getting the fever already!

Looking forward to seeing you in Vegas again Mike.  I hope a lot of players come to LV and take in the excitement of the events because once you experience opening NFL weekend drafting with the best, you never want to be anywhere else.

Take the plunge, you will thank us later.

Wow - am I understanding correctly that we can draft multiple Rotobowl teams live while in Vegas? Do these RotoBowl drafts overlap with any other drafts, such as the Main Event?? Would love to be able to come out and do live drafts daily mixing up rotobowl drafts with a MEvent or 2. Lol.

My understanding is that when these fill up we can begin drafting online Rotobowls right away... So if we got 12 sign ups this week we can start drafting this week. Is that correct?

Okay, here's the update on the 1st Online-Slow Rotobowl League:

1. Matt Bayley

2. Taf Bentley

3. David Hughes

4. Kimra Schleicher

5.

When it fills up we'll draw for positions and it will be on like Donkey Kong. Wow, Rotobowls starting as early as the end of May.... incredible.

Would really like to see this league go off soon, as RB1 IS OFFICIALLY BEING DUBBED:

ROTOBOWL PRIME

I'd like to cover the ADP for Red vs Blue.

5. Mark Roberts
6. Paul Maile

7. Andrew Miller

8. Gabe McCann

Players still getting their draft sheets and prep ready before throwing down for Rotobowl. We need 4 more to draw for draft spots and send league invites. This will be a fun draft to watch.

By the way, we will NOT be publishing these results for ANYONE except for the 12 who are signing up to play. This is how we will treat ALL ROTOBOWL drafts EXCEPT for the 1 single LIVE Red vs Blue ROTOBOWL draft that we have not started taking signups for yet.

4 to go gang!

C'mon people, sign up. This should be fun. :-)

Dave, not "should be" , WILL BE. This will be the most exciting draft of the 2013 FFWC Season so far!

Couldn't find it anywhere...is this first Slow online Rotobowl different than regular of 1min 30 for picks?  I couldn't find any information on the differences.  I'd be happy to sign up for this first one, but not prepared for < 2min draft time yet.

Nevermind...found it above.  16hr timer.

Still have room in the first one?
